Massive amount of work gone into this one. But all worth it in the end what a transformation !! 🤩🤩. Definitely one of our favourites this.

I'm often asked if electric showers are able to have a drench head AND handset fitted. The long answer is complicated, but the short answer is yes under certain conditions. The main condition being not to restrict the water flow from the shower in any way, as it can overheat and burn out the element. If you buy an electric shower with a drench head we can fit it safely for you.

Squeezed a full size bath, vanity basin, wall cabinet AND a little towel radiator into this compact bathroom.
And yes, we do know there's no pipeshrouds on the radiator pipes yet!

This bath came in useful only as a drying area for clothes! It's been replaced with a nice big showering area and a new fully waterproofed shower with very little disruption at all.

This cubicle, tray and shower replaces a badly fitted leaky one which customers were very glad to see the back of! No need for tiling or big upheavals, as matching waterwall panels were used over the existing tiles.

When the job gets a bit more complicated, just got to keep finding a way round it! Behind the old shower valve someone had very kindly decided to leave a nice power cable right in the way.......
I mean....just.....Why????
Finished article very nice though. Hudson Reed do make very nice shower valves.

You may think, as I did, that those horrible giant poles that IX Wireless are putting up all over Royton are mobile phone masts but they're not. They are for broadband fibre optic cable.
Why do we need it when we've already got cable underground?
Well we don't. But there's profits to be made so why should they care?
The council can't stop them as apparently it is within Permitted Development Legislation.
Please help by signing the petition to make them have to get planning permission.

Builders, plumbers, roofers, anyone who works in people's homes should be licensed. At the moment it's just a free for all with homeowners frequently left out of pocket and upset.

Petition: Introduce statutory licensing and regulation of builders There are few options for people to seek redress for poor workmanship by builders and it is too easy for builders to avoid liabilities by liquidating one company and starting another. An increase in people claiming to be competent builders with the only intention to con families out of their money.

Downstairs toilet and hall floor completed in Victorian style tiles a couple of weeks ago, few headaches with this one 🤯. Customer really happy with the outcome!

Fantastic tiling job by Tom on this hallway and downstairs guest loo. Some nice before and after photos this time!

Customer didn’t want the mess or upheaval of a full rip out, so just a nice little refurb on this one 👌 Carrera marble effect wall panels for the shower area and feature wall. Half tiled in essence grey tiles.
