What a difference, this Nissan camper was suffering with heavy corrosion between every spoke. Each wheel was taken back to metal by hand, fully primed and repainted in a fresh moon dust silver topped with a nice thick coat of gloss lacquer. It takes 10 years of the car.😎😎🚗🚗😃😃

A busy morning on the brake calliper today, 2 cars lined up, first we had the lovely Merc AMG with standard callipers and blistering name plate, red callipers with a repair to name plate and fresh AMG lettering, looks perfect.
Next we had the BMW 1 series again with standard callipers, went estoril blue with the calliper anti vibe clips rubbed back and painted black for tidyness.👍🏻👍🏻🚗🚗😎😎

This Clio Cup is looking correct now, from gold callipers to yellow with fresh Brembo lettering. 😃😃🐝🐝

A tough days work today with lots of repair work on all 4 wheels, the finish wasn’t up to my usual standard because of heavy damage but me and the customer were both happy with the result. The callipers also painted in estoril blue look a perfect match.👍🏻👍🏻😃😃😎😎

Another lovely cosmetic diamond cut wheel repair this morning. The customer couldn’t even see the repair which is what I aim for.😃😃🚗🚗

This is an absolute perfect look on these callipers against the colour of the car, brake disc centre hubs and brake pad clips also painted black for tidiness. 😃😃😎😎🚗

A really nice colour choice from the customer having these wheels done in ferric grey with estoril blue callipers, I forgot the before photos today but they were silver with rim damage. Looking bang up to date now. 😃😃😎😎

Job number 2 today, some really nice gloss red callipers for this Merc Vito camper, they sit really nice with the shadow chrome wheels.😃😃😎😎

Good morning from Irlam, the problems with diamond cuts now is if you have an electric car, the wheels are made aerodynamic, so a lot of them can’t be lathe repaired, or as with all other diamond cut wheels, if you’ve had them lathed once then that’s it, you can’t have them lathed again. It’s a good job I’m about to make it look pretty again.😃😃😎😎

Some really stand out brake callipers done here with a gloss red body, gloss black brake clip plate and fresh AMG decals, the small things make all the difference.😃😃😎😎

A little bit of calliper work today, this yellow makes such a difference with the other yellow accents on the van. Very happy with the finish.🐝🐝😃😃😎😎

Just a little bit of tidy up work this morning on the lips of these 22” deep dish wheels. This RS6 is on its way on a run from London to Marbella. It will look much better now on all the photos that will be being taken.😃😃😎😎

From beginning to end, this is the painted diamond cut process, first all damage is removed(lots in this case), then all affected areas are masked and painted in silver, then lacquered for shine. You do loose a very slight shine from original but for half the price and half the time taken of lathing a lot of people choose this repair. This will stop the onset of corrosion from damage also. 👍🏻👍🏻😃😃😎😎

We’re setting a record this morning, the most damaged diamond cuts I have repaired, it’s a good job it’s for my brother. This will be a good example of what can be done mobile, check in later for results.👍🏻👍🏻😃😃

There was a lovely story behind todays job, Jon wanted to get these wheels tidied up for his dad who has always loved this little Lexus, one last hoorah kind of thing, every wheel was heavily damaged and corroded, they were repaired, primed and painted in an anthracite, finished with a high gloss lacquer. New trims and it will look 10 years younger. 👍🏻👍🏻😃😃😎😎

These wheels were in serious need of attention, so that is exactly what I gave them, all damage repaired, then full wheel taken back due to previous lacquer cracking, full wheel prime, painted in ‘Rado Grey’ And lacquered. What a great match for the car.👍🏻👍🏻😃😃🤣🤣

Second job today was these gorgeous callipers on this beast of a Lexus, the original lacquer was peeling from the callipers so I repaired them, re primed, repainted and relacquered with a very glossy finish. I then relettered them which made all the difference.👍🏻👍🏻😃😃😎😎

First job this morning, this Mercedes a class diamond cut rim was heavily kerb damaged, I removed all damage and smoothed the rim, airbrushed in with silver and relacquered. This job took 1 hour to complete, it cost half the price of lathing and as you can see the finish is more than acceptable. 👍🏻👍🏻😃😃😎😎
