40mm wrap on all duct coming off the FCU’s👏🏽

Pipework to be tested by Saturday ready for a big hit over the weekend 👏🏽💪🏽

- HTG and CHW pipework insulted using 15mm-25mm thickness phenolic section.
- 40mm Rockwool insulation used on all supply spirals ranging from 150-300 diameter.

2nd floor ticked off✔️6th floor to commence over the weekend!

Starting the year with a new local project, ongoing for the next 5-6 weeks.

Hydrant stacks, foiled, insulated with 50mm glass section and protected with a rubber membrane for weather protection.

Flanges then covered in drawstring insulated mat covers.

Measuring day for the rest of the works 👏🏽

A successful day in Manchester City centre today. Progress is flying on 2/3 jobs this week and the 3rd to be started on Wednesday.

Work has improved in the space of 2 months as the clients are happy with standard of work and the hours we do on site. The team you have make life so much easier, thanks to everyone that helps me out on my jobs. It’s appreciated 👍

Steady job being done by correcting works on the way through the building.

About 60-70% complete ready for the last block, hopefully it will be as easy and stress free unlike the other blocks 👍

Cladding has started. Doing what we do best, not always on the tricky stuff 👏🏽

All paroc sections, all 25mm thick covered in .7 aluminium stucco cladding with insulation mats to all valves.

Onto another large project on monday in west didsbury. We get the job done to a quality finish👏🏻💪🏼

First few days with the new venture of fitting all domestic and all 2 inch and 4 inch plastic water/soil pipes. Much more progress to be made next week as 2 more men start on monday💪🏼 now time to get the lads in to insulate the pipework 👏🏻 2022 is our year!!

13 months going strong 80% of the time 😅

I have decided to make a big step in where i wanna be in the next 3-5 years, i have just been handed a plumbing/pipe fitting contract for 6 months. So i have now 3 full skilled plumbers starting with me on monday. Fitting out all domestic water pipes and all rainwater / soil pipes in 4 lovely sized mansions in blackburn. The aim is to complete this to the best the team can, one lad will be overseeing all of the plumbing side, teaching me and the team as much as possible.

Its a big step in the right direction (i hope🤞🏼).

2022 is going to be the one, thanks for all the support👍🏼.

Progressing well over @ Bolton. Internal works 90% complete, roof to go at next week 💪🏼

New project given to Insulclad for a new client, supplying labour only on this one👍🏼

Internal works carried out using Paroc insulation. With insulation and cladding to a vessel at a later date.

External works to be carried put with a few hundred meters of pipe to be trace heated, insulated and protected with a PIB finish.

AHU ducting to be stripped and re done, waiting for the spec to be agreed.

Another project near completion in the centre of Manchester. Works coming in fast this year and its only 4 weeks in.

The lads did a quick 80% completion on this job in a few days.

Another project started today. Insulating the pipework using kooltherm phenolic. Few days more work on here, in and out👍🏼💪🏼

Gonna try and get the ductwork package over for insulclad..fingers crossed 🤞🏼🤑

350m of pipe insulation and 20m2 of ductwork insulated today. A cracking job this one, with potential of expanded my work to installing the ductwork and pipework ready for us to nail the insulation also🤜🏻💪🏼

Site visit and a quick measure up today. For a new job located in Blackburn. All pipework and ventilation and soil pipes to be insulated. 1 of 5 mansions to be done. Lets get at it 👍🏼💪🏼

Project update -

Binary Bar, Derby.

400+ sqm of ductwokt to be insulated internally in isover duct wrap (25mm)
200m+ of pipework to be insulated using kingspan section 15-54mm.

200+ sqm ducting dropping vertically down from the roof dec to the ground floor using 50mm isover with a PIB finish.

Then roof to follow with 150spm of ducting and spiral to be insulated in isover ductwrap and rockwool slab on square duct. All cladded in 0.8 aluminium stucco cladding to finish.

Should be a good one to see me over till the christmas holiday👍🏼💪🏼

New job started in Blackley Manchester this week. 2000+ pipework to insulate using kingspan phenolic section. 500m of 15mm-35mm of drops from ceilings to sinks to armaflex in 9mm thick.
