We are still getting called scammers for not issuing refunds.
Can we please assure you that all refunds will be offered.
If you haven’t yet received a refund then it could be that your order name doesn’t match your card or bank account.
If you drop an email to [email protected] we will action this.
Just like many other businesses if they are not supported they close.
We are no different apart from the fact we have personally offered refunds.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
It has been brought to our attention that people have been calling the club for refunds and been very aggressive.
Just to make everyone aware Atherton Cricket Club was only supplying the venue.
We appreciate that it is very frustrating that some of you have not yet received their refunds.
Just like you we also lost over 8k in paying for infrastructure, deposits for acts etc in trying to put something on for the community.
We are PLEASE asking you to be patient and they will be sorted but I can’t put up with the abusive messages that have been received.
If you are not able to wait then you are free to ask your card provider to do a chargeback.
Hope that clarifies the situation.

For everyone that was disappointed that atherton live did not go ahead you can now keep up to date on our new musicfestivals.live instagram account, where you will be able to keep up to date with the latest offers on current events and announcement for future events.

Given todays announcement of Atherton Live being cancelled we are keen to gather feedback on the event and why you didn’t purchase tickets.
Their is a chance to win a pair of tickets to any forthcoming festival all you have to do is complete the short feedback form and we will select a winner on Monday.

The presale tickets at the start were £14.99 and £9.99 which for 9 hours entertainment we don’t feel is expensive.

To put a safe music festival on like Atherton Live costs somewhere in the region of £30k
Their are numerous hoops that we have to jump through with the council for them to allow us to put an event on such as a music festival.
We need medical cover, security, risk assessments, safety barriers in front of the stage we need talented entertainers to entertain you. The list goes on.

All we are asking is for you to complete the form and you will be in with a chance to win a pair of tickets to any of our forthcoming festivals.
