This is not a decion I’ve taken lightly, but due to way too many last minute cancellations, a NON REFUNDABLE deposit will be required upon booking. This is for all extraction jobs, and the renting of the rug doctor.

This is my job - not a hobby!
I am extremely busy, and have to turn potential customers down. I have customers back to back wanting to rent the rug doctor, so when I have last minute cancellations I am down on money!
I understand that sometimes cancellations can’t be helped, but it’s happening more and more, so I just can’t justify the loss of earnings anymore.

If you want your carpets dry cleaned & don’t want the fuss of damp carpets for a day or two then this could be an better option for you!
Resets the piling of the carpet, massaging the dry powder into the fabric - which will eliminate odours and leave carpets smelling fresh and looking new & fluffy again!

This takes half the time to do than a wet carpet extracted room. JUST £20!!
