Leftover Chicken Shami kabab||Nawabi Chicken kabab
Leftover chicken 2 cups ( chopped)
Chaana dal/Yellow split pea 1/3 cup
Medium onion 1 (chopped)
Green chilli 3-4 (finely chopped)
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Egg 1
Lime juice 1 tbsp
Salt
Bread slices 2
In a bowl add dal and soaked in water for at least 1/2 hour.
Wash and boil the dal till it’s tender and completely dry.
Wash and chop onion and green chilli.
In a pan add onion and fry for few minutes. Add green chilli and fry till it’s golden brown.
Add chicken and fry for 5 minutes. Turn the heat off. Let it cool.
Now in blender add cooked chicken, bread pieces, boiled dal, gram masala, salt and lemon juice. Now make a thick paste. ( but Don’t use any water)
In a bowl take this mixture and add egg. Mix it well. Now take a small portion from the mixture to make any shapes of kabab.
Can store in fridge for a month.
Deep fry before serve.

Boiled Beef 2 cups ( small cubes )
Beef stock 6 cups
Onion 1 ( sliced)
Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
Oil 1/2 cup & salt
Stevia Leaf Sweet Granules ( Keto sugar) 1/2 tsp
Cardamom 5
Cinnamon 1
Bay bay 1
White paper 1 tsp
Basmati rice 3 cups
Potatoes 3 (cubes)
Fried caramel carrots for garnish
Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
Roasted cumin powder 1/2 tsp
In a pan add oil & onion. Fry for 3 minutes.
Add Potatoes 3 (cubes) & little salt. Fry for 5 minutes.
Add boiled meat 2 cups, Cardamom 5
Cinnamon 1 , Bay bay 1, White paper 1 tsp, sugar 1 tsp, Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp . Fry for few minutes.
Roasted cumin powder 1/2 tsp , White paper 1 tsp & Beef stock 6 cups .
Let it simmer .
Add Basmati rice 3 cups & Let it simmer gently & turn the heat low. Cover the pan & cook 20 minutes.
Gently stir the pilaf and Garnish with Fried caramel carrots for garnish

Keto- Beef curry with Shatkora || সাতকোড়া দিয়ে গরুর মাংসের তরকারি
Beef 2 kg
Large onion 2 (chopped)
Kashmir chilli paste 1 tbsp
Olive oil 6 tbsps & salt
Roasted coriander powder 1 tbsp
Paprika powder 1 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Stevia Leaf Sweet Granules ( Keto sugar) 1/4 tsp
Cardamom 5
Cinnamon 2
Star anise 1
Garlic & ginger paste 2 tbsps
Shatkora 3 pieces
In the pan add oil & onion. Fry for 4 minutes.
Add chilli paste, paprika, coriander, salt, sugar & fry for 3 minutes
Add 1/2 cup water & cook for few minutes.
Add lemon juice & yogurt. Cook for few minutes.
Add gin and garlic paste, boiled meat, whole spice & cook till it’s tender.
Add roasted coriander powder & Shatkora . Cook in low heat for 15 minutes.
( if Shatkora taste is bitter remove it after few minutes)
