In the past few moments, Atlas Air Boeing 747-400 N263SG touched down after travelling across the pond from Baltimore to take Manchester City on their pre-season tour of Japan. A common sight in years gone by at Manchester Airport, the “Queen of the Skies” has been largely absent since Virgin Atlantic retired their Boeing 747’s during the Coronavirus pandemic so it’s always a special occasion when one comes to visit.
