Just been catching up on our flavoured butters today. This is Saddleworthbutterco Avocado, Chilli & Lime butter. Perfect in the morning on toast or a toasted bagel with a poach egg, a great start to the day. When you try it you taste each ingredient separately, first you get the smoothness of the avocado. Then you get the zing from the lime followed 20 to 30 seconds later by a pleasant burst 💥 from the chilli.
