Beef Keema Kabab:









🌸 INGREDIENTS:

➡️ 1 egg lightly beaten
➡️ 500g ground beef with lean
➡️ 1 tomato finely chopped
➡️ 1 onion, finely chopped
➡️ 1 fresh green chilli chopped
➡️1/4 cup fresh finely chopped coriander
➡️ 1/4 cup fresh finely chopped mint
➡️ 2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
➡️ 2 Tbsp coriander & cumin seeds, roasted & crushed
➡️ 1 tsp red chilli powder
➡️ 1 tsp red chilli flakes
➡️ 2 fresh bread crumbs ( remove corners make a bread crumbs in food processor )
➡️ Salt to taste
➡️ 2 Tbsp fresh milk
➡️ 2 Tbsp lemon juice
➡️ vegetable oil for frying, as required


🌸 METHOD:

➡️ Take a big bowl and
Combine all ingredients in bowl and Mix by hand until well combined ( If the mixture is soggy add in more bread crumbs ). Cover and set aside for 30 mins to an hour in refrigerator.
Divide the beef mince to 12 portions and make balls.�
➡️ Then flatten them to kabab. Set them aside in a plate.�shallow fry them in hot oil until golden. Regulate the flame to medium after half done. When golden remove to a kitchen tissue.�
➡️ These can be grilled over the charcoal fire or grilled in oven at 240°C for 25 mins on each side. To grill in oven place them on a greased tray. Brush them lightly with oil.�
➡️ Serve Beef kabab with mint chutney salad ,steamed rice, pitta bread, burger bun and Biryani.

👱‍♂️حجّام کی دوکان پر لکھا تھا
"ہم دِل کا بوجھ تو نہیں لیکن سر کا بوجھ ضرور ہلکا کر سکتے ہیں۔"🤣

💡لائٹ کی دوکان والے نے بورڈ کے نیچے لکھوایا....
"آپکے دِماغ کی بتی بھلے ہی جلے یا نہ جلے، مگر ہمارا بلب ضرور جلے گا"😁

🫖☕️چائے والے نے اپنے کاؤنٹر پر لکھوایا
"میں بھلے ہی عام ہوں مگر چائے خاص بناتا ہوں"۔😄

🍽️ایک ریسٹورینٹ نے سب سے الگ فقرہ لکھوایا

"یہاں گھر جیسا کھانا نہیں ملتا، آپ اطمینان سے تشریف لائیں۔"😊

⚡️الیکٹرونک دوکان پر سلوگن پڑھا تو میں دم بہ خود رہ گیا...
"اگر آپ کا کوئی فین نہیں ہے تو یہاں سے لے جائیں۔"😅

📍گول گپے کے ٹھیلے پر کچھ یوں لکھا تھا.....
"گول گپے کھانے کے لئے دِل بڑا ہو نہ ہو، منہ بڑا رکھیں، اور پورا کھولیں۔"😂

🍇🍋پھل والے کے یہاں تو غضب کا فقرہ لکھا دیکھا....
"آپ تو بس صبر کریں، پھل ہم دے دیں گے۔۔😂

⌚️گھڑی کی دوکان پر بھی زبردست فقرہ دیکھا...
"بھاگتے ہوئے وقت کو اپنے بس میں رکھیں، چاہے دیوار پر ٹانگیں، یا ہاتھ پر باندھیں۔"😀

🧑‍🦳بالوں کی ایک کمپنی نے تو اپنے ہر پروڈکٹ پر لکھ دیا ھم بھی بال بال بچاتے ھیں😆

🦷🪥اور ایک دندان ساز کا لکھا فقرہ پڑھا تو میں دم بہ خود رہ گیا
دانت کوئی بھی توڑے
لگا ہم دیں گے🤪

🫥چٹائی بیچنے والے نے کہا 900 روپے میں خریدیں ۔ ساری عمر بیٹھ کر کھائیں ۔۔

Tuna,Potato and Peas Cutlets:

⏰Time: 40 mins
🍴Servings : Makes 10-12 cutlets










These are a quick fix kind of kabab/cutlet which tastes amazing on its own or in a wrap. A perfect starter to any meal, can be served with ketchup or any spicy dip/chutney.

🌸Ingredients:

🌻For Cutlets:
➡️ 1 can tuna (185gm)
➡️ 3 medium potatoes, boiled and mashed ( if you want best result so boiled potato day before )
➡️ 1 small onion finely chopped
➡️ 2 Tbsp peas fresh or frozen
➡️ 2 Tbsp finely chopped carrot
➡️ 2 Tbsp sweetcorn fresh or frozen
➡️ 3 Tbsp chopped coriander
➡️ 1 Tbsp chopped mint (optional)
➡️ 2 green chillies chopped
➡️ 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
➡️ 1/2 tsp cumin powder
➡️ 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
➡️ 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes (for extra spice, optional)
➡️ 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
➡️ 2 Tbsp cornflour
➡️ juice of half a lemon

🌻For Coating:
➡️ 1 egg beaten
➡️ Plain flour as needed
➡️ breadcrumbs as needed
➡️ oil for frying

🌸METHOD:

➡️ Drain the tuna from the can in a strainer and set aside.

Put the mashed potatoes in a bowl, add the drained tuna, and all others cutlets ingredients and spices. Mix everything well and give it a taste. Adjust salt/spice or lemon if needed.

➡️ Shape round flattened cutlets first cutlets dust in plain flour then Dip each one in beaten egg then coat in breadcrumbs. Shallow fry on both sides until golden and crispy.
Drain onto dish towels and serve with your favourite dip / sauce

Chicken And Fusilli Pasta:








⏰TIME: 1 hour
🍴SERVINGS: 6

🌸INGREDIENTS:

➡️ 500g Chicken
➡️ 500g fusilli Pasta Cooked
➡️ 2 Bell Pepper any colour
➡️ 50g Sweetcorn
➡️ 50g peas fresh or frozen
➡️ 1 Onions
➡️ 2 Garlic finely chopped
➡️ 1 tsp Salt
➡️ 300 g Pasta Sauce
➡️ 1 tsp Black Pepper
➡️ 50 ml Olive Oil

🌸METHOD:

➡️ Bring a large pot of salted water to a gentle boil
Add the pasta to the water and cook for 10-12 minutes on a gentle simmer until the pasta is al dente – al dente refers to when the pasta is cooked just enough to retain a somewhat firm texture with a bit of a bite.

➡️ Whilst the pasta is cooking in a large pot heat up the oil on medium heat until hot
Finely chop the garlic and add to the pan then sauté the garlic for 1 minute.Add the finely diced onions and cook for a few minutes until soft and translucent.

➡️ When the onions are cooking cut the chicken into bite-sized chunks then add into the pan and cook for 5 minutes until the chicken changes colour and turns white and no longer pink inside.

➡️ When the chicken is cooking cut the bell peppers into bite-sized chunks then add to the pan
Add the salt and pepper then cook for 5 minutes on medium heat.

➡️ Add the sweetcorn and peas cook for a few more minutes
Add the pasta sauce and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat
Drain the pasta and add into the mixture mix until all the ingredients are combined. Cover with a lid and cook for 6-8 minutes on low heat.

🍴Serve as a main course alongside some steamed vegetables and Enjoy!

Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Wings:










⏰Time: 40 mins
🍴Servings: 6

🌸INGREDIENTS:

➡️ 2 lb chicken wings
➡️ 1/2 Tbsp salt or to taste
➡️ 1 tsp ground black pepper
➡️ 1/3 cup hot sauce
➡️ 2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter melted
➡️ 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
➡️ 1 Tbsp honey
➡️ 1/2 tsp garlic powder
➡️ cooking oil spray

🌸METHOD:

➡️ Season chicken wings with salt and pepper. �
Coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place chicken wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry them for 10 minutes at 380°F. Flip the wings over and air fry them for 10 more minutes. Turn up the heat to 400°F and cook the wings 6 more minutes. �
➡️ While the chicken is finishing cooking, whisk together the hot sauce, melted butter,honey,Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder.�
➡️ Remove chicken wings from the air fryer basket and place them into a large mixing bowl. Pour sauce over the top and toss to coat. �
➡️ Serve alongside your favorite dipping sauce with cucumber , Tomatoes and Enjoy!

Bread Kulfi: ( Bread Ice cream):










⏰Time: 40 mins ( 8 hours freezing time )
🍴Serving: 12

🌸INGREDIENTS:

➡️ 6 cups milk, full fat
➡️ 3 bread slices corners removed
➡️ 2 cups double cream
➡️ 1 can condense milk
➡️ 4 Tbsp almonds chopped
➡️ 0.5 tsp saffron
➡️ 4 Tbsp pistachios, chopped
➡️ 1 cup cashew nuts
➡️ Sugar to taste if required
➡️Some edible rose Patels

🌸METHOD:

➡️ First take a blender and add 1 cup milk, bread slices and cashews. Blend well until all the cashews and bread slices are mixed together, then set this mixture aside in the blender.

➡️ Then take a heavy based pan / kadai and heat 5 cup milk, cream,condense milk, cardamom powder and stir continuously, making sure everything is combined well without any lumps. Get the milk to a boil and stir it occasionally.

➡️ Add 2 Tbsp almonds, 2 Tbsp pistachios, and 1/4 tsp saffron.
boil the milk for 10 minutes or more stirring occasionally.
Keep boiling till the milk reduces to half or thickens.

➡️ Add 1/4 cup sugar if required and stir until the sugar dissolves.boil for another 5 minutes, or until the milk thickens.

➡️ Cool the mixture completely then add the bread & cashew mixture in a pan and mix well .

Now Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan with parchment paper or any silicon mould and Let it freeze for 7 to 8 hours/overnight.

➡️ Now garnish it with chopped pistachio and some edible rose petals if you like.Now your Bread IceCream is completely ready let it rest for 4-5 mins at room temperature and slices into warm knife and serve chilled.

Strawberry Butter:🍴






This Strawberry Butter is an amazing condiment, perfect for toast, pancakes, muffins, or any baked good. And only takes minutes to whip up!

Time: 10 mins
Servings: 16 (about 1&1/2 cups total)

🌸INGREDIENTS:

➡️1 cup unsalted butter ,room temperature
➡️pinch of kosher salt
➡️8 small strawberries ,stems removed, chopped
➡️1/4 cup honey / or sugar to taste


🌸METHOD:

➡️ In a medium bowl, crush strawberries using a potato masher (you should end up with 1/2 cup); set aside.
➡️ Place butter, sugar and salt in the bowl of a food processor pulse a few times until butter is fluffy. Scrape down the sides, if necessary.
➡️ Add in the mashed strawberries pulse several more times until incorporated and light and fluffy.
➡️ Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate until needed (bring to room temperature before serving.)

Cheesy Rice Balls Using Leftover Rice:

⏰Time: 40minutes
🍴Serving: 15 Pieces

🌸INGREDIENTS:

➡️2 Cups Cooked Rice
➡️1 Small Onion Finely Chopped
➡️2 Tbsp Bell Pepper Finely Chopped
➡️1 Clove Garlic Minced
➡️3Tbsp Coriander Chopped
➡️1/2 tsp Salt or to taste
➡️1/2 tsp Black Pepper or to taste
➡️1/2 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
➡️1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
➡️1 Cup / 112 g Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
➡️2 Medium Eggs
➡️1/2 cup All-purpose Flour or as needed
➡️1/2 cup bread crumbs or as needed
➡️Vegetable Oil For Frying

🌸METHOD:

Take a large bowl to add 2 cups of leftover cooked rice mashed well.
Add one small size finely chopped onion,finely chopped bell pepper and one clove of minced garlic in rice.

Add Chopped coriander,Salt,Black pepper,chilli flakes and 1/2 cup bread crumbs.
Add a 1 cup of shredded mozzarella in a bowl.Add one medium size egg for binding and mix well.

Grease your hands with oil and make medium size balls.
In Plate add 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour,1/2 cup of breadcrumbs and the remaining egg, cracked the egg in a bowl and whisked well.

Take a ball, cover it with flour then dip in an egg and coated with breadcrumbs do the same processes with the others balls then Refrigerate coated balls/arancini for 15 minutes.

Heat the vegetable oil at medium-high heat for deep fry arancini.
Fry the balls until golden brown.

Serve these balls as an appetizer before a meal or with the evening tea, however, you prefer with your favourite sauce.

Ripe Banana flapjacks:








⏰ Time: 1 hr
🍴Makes: 12

These healthier oat bars use bananas and apple to bind the mixture, so you can cut down on the fat and sugar

🌸INGREDIENTS:

➡️50g butter, plus a little extra for greasing
➡️2 Tbsp smooth peanut butter
➡️3 Tbsp honey or maple syrup
➡️2 ripe bananas, mashed
➡️1 apple, peeled and grated
➡️250g rolled oats
➡️100g raisin
➡️85g mixed seed


🌸METHOD:

Heat oven to 160°C/140°C fan/gas 3. Grease and line a 20cm square tin with baking parchment. Heat the butter, peanut butter and honey or maple syrup in a small pan until melted. Add the mashed banana, apple and 100ml hot water, and mix to combine.��
Tip the oats, the dried fruit and the seeds into a large bowl. Pour in the combined banana and apple and stir until everything is coated by the wet mixture. Tip into the cake tin and level the surface. Bake for 55 mins until golden. Leave to cool in the tin. Cut into 12 pieces to serve or store in an airtight container in the fridge. They will keep for up to 3 days.
