If you have symptoms of measles, stay at home and phone your GP or NHS 111 for advice.
Stay away from GP surgeries, A&E departments, and other health care venues.
People with measles should stay off school or work until at least 4 days from when the rash first appears.

A week of catch-up immunisation clinics finished off today at the Etihad Stadium. We have administered Measles Mumps and Rubella (MMR), Human Papillomavirus (HPV), Diphtheria, Tetanus and Polio (DTP) and Meningitis ACWY (MenACWY) to many young people across Manchester, helping to keep them protected. Well done team!

All children in school year 8 are offered the HPV vaccine which helps protect against the highest risk types of HPV, helping prevent HPV related cancers from developing.
Make sure you sign the consent form from your childβs school, to ensure the best protection.
Measles is more than just a rash. It can be very serious, so make sure youβre up to date with MMR vaccinations.
Ask your GP about catch up jabs if you need them.
