Recent project in Brantham that we’ve been undertaking in the evenings for the past week or so. It was for client of ours that needed the work done asap to allow them to move in. We were fully booked for the year with daytime work so we did what we always do and went above and beyond working evenings on this project to get it done for them in time for their moving in date. Customer was over the moon with the transformation and couldn’t thank us enough for being able to fit them in still amongst our busy schedule.

All woodwork painted in Dulux oil based satinwood white.

Few pictures of a recent paper job we done in Hawley. We used both Farrow & Ball wallpaper and they’re own brand paste too. 🖌️🎨

Lovely little weekend Job we recently completed for a close family friend of ours.
Can happily say that both him and his fiancee are over the moon with the transformation, so much so that they have already re-booked us at Optimum Decorating to come back again at a later date and provide a spray finish on his PVC windows to match the newly painted external woodwork. 🎨🖌️

Zinsser UK All coat exterior satin used on the external woodwork. (Tinted to RAL 7016 - anthracite grey)

Contrasting colour combinations chosen by a client of ours last week that we used the redecoration of their dining room/lounge area. Happy to say they were over the moon with the end results!!👌🏻🎨🖌️

Vinyl Matt emulsion in “Saphire Saulte” used on the blue band above the picture rail.
Quick-dry satinwood mixed in “nutmeg white” for the doors

2 bedrooms done and dusted last week! Back this week to do the HSL and the entrance lobbies! 🎨🖌️

Jhonstones paints used throughout on ceiling, walls and woodwork. Colours have been colour matched to Craig & Rose vintage collection as requested by the customer.⭐️

Hall stairs and landing done in Capel St Mary a few weeks ago! 🎨🖌️
- Panelling/woodwork finished in Dulux quick dry satinwood.

I’ve got to say Im loving the contrast between the Blue walls and the freshly Glossed white woodwork!

Following on from our last post, here are more finished photos of the full house decorations we completed for our new customers in Lawford Dale. They were over the moon with the transformation and can finally move into their new house with it all freshened up!

Woodwork finished in Sadolins extra “Jacobean” wood-stain. ✅🎨🖌️

From this, to that! What a difference the right preparation makes!

If you speak to any professional decorator they will tell you that 90% of any decorating job is the prep that’s involved…and wow these photos really do prove just that!

4 layers of wallpaper stripped, walls made good with Easy fill, painted, Re-filled and then two coated with Johnstone’s Covaplus paint in ‘Jasmine white’ to finish off.
Woodwork was finished off with Sadolin’s ‘Jacobean’ wood-stain and the wardrobe doors finished with Johnstone’s acrylic durable Eggshell.

1st complete re-dec of the year for a returning customer of ours in Ardleigh.
All completed within their given timescale before they list the property for sale!

The dado rail was removed as requested by the customer, the wallpaper stripped and walls made good of any defects before applying paint.✅
