So this was my fabulous weekend becoming a Sound Therapy Practitioner 🎶❤️ courtesy of Helen Ashcroft of Rainbow’s End Wellness 🌈
It was amazing to completely release my inhibitions with Gongs, Crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, Shamanic drums where may I add I chanted like a native Indian 🙌🪶 and also used my voice toning and singing 😃
Loved the Koshi chimes, the ocean drum is immense and sounds just like crashing waves and Helen’s beautiful crystal pyramid 💞
Had so much fun with lots of laughs and fabulous meditations 🙏💛
Thank you to Helen for guiding me in this beautiful, healing sound therapy 😍
