Excuse the no makeup and PJ's...but I wanted to share my own dermaplane results

For all of you who always comment on my skin..this is the secret! 👌

I do this once a month and look how grimy that pad is!! 😳

What is it??

👉The procedure of dermaplaning is an exfoliation process on the skin. It uses a surgical steel scalpel to lightly scrape the skin’s surface to remove hair and skin cells and brush along the skin.

🎄 Christmas....INCOMING! 🎄

Finally had some time to get the tree sorted today!

We went to this morning to pick up this beauty - they were brilliant! Highly recommend if you are like me and haven't got yourself a tree yet!

This is our first real tree...I absolutely love it 💚.............the dog loves it too and decided to wee on it as soon as it was in its place 🤦🏻‍♀️😂🤯

My last working day this year is 22nd December. If you need any treatments pre Christmas / New Year then please do message me as soon as possible as I only have one or two spaces available.

✨️ Fixing those Frown Lines!! ✨️

Here's what 2 years of consistant toxin treatment can do!

The top photo came up today on my Google photo memories. This was the day that I had my first ever treatment. Fast forward to todays photo, I haven't had any toxin treatment for around 6 months. I have movement..but the muscle has atrophied so much that those strong lines never come back! 🥰

I know so many of you are bothered by the dreaded '11s lines' - you may even feel like you have left it too late to make any difference.....

This is definitely not the case. It just takes some persistence with treatment. This causes the muscles to weaken and gives the skin a chance to repair - matched with good skincare you really can turn back the clock! ⏰️

I am still here! Apologies for the radio silence for the past few weeks....

The summer holidays are A LOT arent they??!! Trying to juggle everything is hard work. If you are still relatively sane and the kids are still alive, then that is definitely a WIN!! 🙌

This past week has been a funny one. GCSE results loomed over us for my eldest, ( he did amazing) and my youngest has been diagnosed with Coeliac Disease. 💔 lots of changes on the horizon for us with diet etc, and we have the A LEVEL adventures to start soon!

Normal service will soon be resumed....1 week and COUNTING! - I say this, but I do have a child about to start school, so September is still a little chaotic...but normality is on the horizon!

The lines in between your eyes that cause you to look mad all the time!

I was asked today by a 24 year old when is a good time to start Anti Wrinkle Treatment...is 24 too young?

The answer is, if you are noticing lines forming and setting in, then it is a great idea to start treatment before those lines become 'STATIC'

STATIC lines are those that are imprinted when you are making no expression. Once lines become static it becomes more difficult to soften them with toxin.

We are using our facial muscles from the day we are born! So it is easy to see how lines become formed as we get older as those muscles underneath the skin are so strong with many years of use making our expressions.

Lip Filler has got a really bad name over the past few years

This is because of us seeing overfilled, migrated lips on celebrities and all over social media

Lip Filler can be as big or as small as you choose! And remember, those huge lips you associate filler with have multiple syringes in over a period of time - they don't become 5 x bigger in one Appointment....
... 1 syringe is equal to 1 BLUEBERRY!

This client wanted just a half a syringe for some definition for lipstick and hydration...a look that most people will not even notice!
