So today we dealt with a room clearance in Bletchley.
The occupants at the address had been keeping pigeons in the cage you can see. There was also a broken freezer in the room and the room had been used as a bit of a dumping ground for a while, meaning that some items of furniture hadn’t been moved in around 25 years❗️

This presented a number of challenges; pigeon guano (that had actually caused one of the residents to become quite unwell), numerous rotten feathered chickens in the broken freezer which had been there for a many months, extreme cobwebs and some of the thickest dust you have ever seen, along with an abundance of belongings squeezed into this small room 🐓🕷

The room has now been cleared and cleaned ☣️
(The items of furniture you can see left in the room were cleaned up as the owner wanted to salvage them.)

The owners were so pleased that they can now safely use this room once again ✅
They’ve assured us it WON’T be used as an aviary this time! 🐦

We recently attended a block of flats in Luton where we removed a number of syringes and other accessories related to drug use from the communal area ☣️💉

We had a phone call at half 3 this afternoon about getting this bin area cleaned out, as the bin men were not collecting the bins due to the state of the area. Within 3 hours we had got ourselves over there and cleared it all out ☑️
I think we need definitely deserved a nice job like this after last week!

A recent flat clearance that we completed…this took us around 8 hours to clear the flat and give it a good clean ready for the landlord to go in and refurb the whole thing.
We were asked to dispose of all the items inside, so in order to give back to the community the vast majority of things went to local charity shops or Facebook marketplace where we advertised some of the larger items for free 😁 Job done! ☑️
