Kicked off the year with the painting of a flat. On the list to do was the livingroom / kitchen, hallway and bathroom including ceilings and skirts.

cover stain (for a few patches on the ceilings)
Also used to fill the holes that were left behind after removing shelves.

Nice little freshen up from this summer. The paint had started to peel and just look a bit worn down. Now it looks much better prepared and freshly painted 😊😍

This was my last outside job of the year! And now it looks almost new! 😍

On this one I sanded down the panels and put on wood preserver, then I used two coats of . After that, two coats of .uk clear satin varnish. For the windows I used two coats of allcoat in anthracite.

These clients had some water damage on their livingroom ceiling. I scraped off what was loose, filled with filler, used cover stain and then two coats of white emulsion. Now it looks good as new! 😍

My second to last exterior job of the year 🙌 it's getting a bit chilly out there now 🥶

Now my client has freshly painted eaves and they look so pretty 😍

The paint was literally peeling off of this bathroom ceiling! Completely scraped it off, filled some of the deeper areas with filler, gave it a good sand, coat of peelstop and two coats of white matt emulsion over the top.

Jobs a good'un 👍

This stunning bookcase had been sitting in my clients spare room for a while, still boxed! Now it's finally been built and it's stunning 😍 I may have to treat myself to one 😂 it did weigh a ton though 🥵💪

New mdf unit build painted a beautiful blue!

Holes be gone! It's so satisfying when you can make a wall look like there was never damage there to begin with 😍

I love jobs like this where I can just get stuck in! It's even better when I get to play with powered access! 💪💪

Finished in spring and what a fantastic new look from what it was before.

The clients were having issues with black mould internally in places on the ground floor but I'm pleased to report that since application, no more black mould has come through to the inside of the house.

- Johnstone's Stormshield smooth masonry in Knight's Armour (for the window sills)

The dashing has been a challenge, as has the weather but it is coming along very nicely. Using Johnstone's Decorating Centre stormshield in UFO for the main house and Knight Armour for the concrete cills.

More photos will be going up as the job progresses.

I loved doing this chess board job with Golden Gardens & Building Ltd. It was much cleaner after a jet wash but still needed the fresh paint to really make it pop! Now it's ready for many more years of enjoyment.

Bathroom makeover! Bright green bathroom before, beautiful, relaxing bathroom after. Used polished pebble for this one. The results were amazing! 🎊

Giving a sleeper retaining wall some tlc.
I gave it a good sand down and used 10 year woodstain in natural oak satin 😍 it was beautiful when it was finished.

Just finished this awesome job! Lots of gloss work and wall painting using vinyl matt. Loving the transformation.

I love doing small restoration projects like this! An outside table and benches. It was soaking up water and started to go black and faded in places. After a bit of TLC it's been brought back to life 😍
