Renewed felt and batten on the first drift and replaced the old split lead causing water to get inside! ✅🔨

De-mossing some valleys today 👍✅

One side of old wooden cladding replaced with UPVC board other side to be completed next weekend!🙌

Unsafe rotten balcony replaced 🙌✅🔨

Re-roof completed 🙌

2 days 3 lads, complete re-roof with wet verge and dry ridge system🔥🔨

Re-bedded some mono ridge, what a beautiful day for roofing 🔥🔥

Some taping that I did on my EPDM course, learning to lay fleece back rubber and to ensure taping is done correctly so no leaks appear! 🙌

Previous people forgot something😅 better keep that heat in, all insulated now✅✅
