We are a self defence training academy based in Bedfordshire,Herts Northampton & London.
Our art is based on ancient warrior disciplines handed down by nine historical Japanese family lineages of both the Samuria and Ninja with a very modern approach. Training sessions are currently held on Monday and Saturdays.Please feel free to browse through our website and get a feel for who we are and what we do.
