Key Responsibilities: Customer Interactions: - Respond to all customer leads via website, marketing channels, phone calls, etc. - Manage all customer communications and expectations, acting as the main point of contact for customers. Administrative Tasks: - Create and send quotations and invoices using Xero. - Keep track of incoming payments through Xero and ensure timely follow-up. Appointment Management: - Schedule and manage quotation appointments for repairs and fittings using Google Calendar. - Coordinate repair and fitting appointments to ensure smooth operations. Skills and Qualifications: - Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle sometimes challenging customer situations. - Proficient in using Xero, Outlook, Word, Excel, Google Drive, and Google Calendar. - Excellent organisational and time management skills. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Reliable high-speed internet connection (preferably fibre).
