The cement fillet had failed and some well overdue maintenance was needed on this chimney. Very Pleased with how this Lead work turned out .

Striped lead valleys for fibreglass GRP valley trough

Problems :
Cement dosnt stick to lead, this allowed the water to get underneath.
valley boards were tilting inwouds due to
structural build snd not welted edge on lead

Fix
Centre roof doubled up to make it sit correctly
New valleys

Tough roof smashed out in 4 days. . A lot of work on joining to neigbours roof. Horrible detail but actually came out bang on 👌 🔨

Little ridge repair today. This was an extension and only 15 years old 🤷‍♂️ A typical 5/1 mix

Replaced with 2 soft 1 sharp 1 cement mix! 👏🔨

This low pitch roof was leaking in many areas due to the wrong tiles for the pitch.
We have made this as bullet proof as possible!

This roof was forever leaking due to the wrong tiles for the pitch.
Forticrete Centurions have a water bar positioned at the top of the tile to prevent any water from going backwards and can be laid to as low as 10• (that was lucky!)
