Just a lil update.
As most of you will know by now, I welcomed a baby boy into the world at the beginning of 2023.
Juggling running a business, two children, a baby and a household has been very crazy to say the least.
Saying that I’ve decided to pass some of that responsibility on.
Thank you to all of you who have visited us in the past 3 years.

I was down at the shop at 11:30 last night checking a leak that was coming from somewhere else, just to make sure there was no damage to the café.. luckily there wasn’t 😊 & my partners got there at 7:30 this morning to prep for this weekends madness. Please keep us nice and busy ✌️
We open at 9:30, the weather is looking beautiful & we have something on our menu for everyone (inc. kids menu, gluten free & vegan options) 🌞 ☕️

We’re preparing for a busy bank holiday weekend ahead, make sure to keep an eye out for this weekends easter themed sweet pie, we’re also adding some specials to our board.

Don’t forget we do our full menu to take away, that includes all food, hot drinks, iced coffees & chocolate bar milkshakes etc ☕️🥤

LOOKING FOR ::

!! COOK !! - 4/5 days per week. Must be reliable & hard working. Be able to work well on their own at a quick pace in a busy environment.

!! FRONT OF HOUSE !! Position covers 3/4 days (could increase in summer months). Must be reliable, hard working, work well within a team and have customer service experience.
(This position may also suit a college student but must have Wednesday-Sunday availability)

All training will be provided & we’re looking to start ASAP. Please send a copy of your CV over messenger.
Working hours between 8:30 & 5

*Please note It may take me a few days to get back to people due to a busy half term at work & home*

Last week our special cake went so quickly I didn’t manage to post it.
This week is a fave of ours .. chocolate orange 🍊

Did someone say Mother’s Day special😍
Our homemade raspberry & lemon cake, with layers of white chocolate ganache & lemon buttercream will be available from 9am tomorrow morning.
So come on, treat those special ladies in your life! (Remember we can box it up for you to take it away) ☕️

There will be a slight delay in our kitchen opening this morning. I can’t say a time but we are open for coffee & cake from 9:30 .. I’ll update when the kitchen reopens & 🤞 it’s not too long
