What a self-reflective few weeks. From the past to the present, wondering at times what was going on, people and places coming up, only to be reminded of why I let them go in the first place. At the weekend I finally accepted that there is no one from the past who can add to my now. Realising that over the years, I have been my own biggest sabotager, this past few weeks saw something in me rise, I am saying enough is enough. I have overcome more than others realise and will continue to grow, what a month July has been, so much acknowledging, accepting and shedding 🙃 Looking forward to August's energy, and what life has in store for me now, creating a life that is right for me, since I am the one living it, may as well be what my little heart desires.

Gotta keep trying 😘
