Bit of a graft on this one last week on my tod! 12 meters wide and just under 5 meters high.

Using locally sourced (by the client) reclaimed brick slips to tidy up the area around the oak beam across the fireplace on the renovation project. These were bedded in and pointed up using non-hydraulic from . The rest of the fireplace will be re-pointed, bringing the mortar flush to the brick face as it would have been done traditionally. Looking forward to seeing this done as I really enjoyed doing this!

Really enjoying this 1740’s listed home! Lots of amazing before and afters to post soon. It’s a slow process and a labour of love, but it will be full of charm and character once completed! Haired basecoat supplied by is a joy to use as always 😀

This is a lovely cottage over in that I’ve been working on for some ace customers. Really nice cottagey lounge area with some nice features around the log burner. Spot on boarding done by the customer! 👍

A bit of external lime rendering work completed on this listed property. The porch-way was falling into disrepair and the owners were fed up of looking at the brick and wanted to create a space that kept in character of the house and maintained some quirky features.

Lime rendering the brickwork maintains the important breathability factor and is sympathetic to what the original building materials are for the house built hundreds of years ago!

Leaving a sponged textured finish to give a cottagey effect, and this one is ready for lime wash when it’s cured and some new oak benches to be fitted in!

Fireline board installed to the ceiling of this guest house kitchen! Looking forward to seeing this place open after carrying out lots of work the kitchen and en-suites in the converted bedrooms.

Awkward one this one around the cupboards and worktops + the heavy boards, but we got it done!

Boarded and skimmed this nice entrance area, with some requests by the customer to add some quirky features so we rounded in all of the reveals and did what we could to make sure this newer part of the house matches the same charm as the rest of the original building!

Bathroom skimmed ready for a bit of a makeover. Customer had a go at prepping this one for me.. not too bad! Looks much better after the B P touch 👌🏼
