With the research study now underway appointments are few and far between this month. Again thank you to all the wonderful TMJ research study participants!

If you need to cancel an appointment please give as much notice as you can so I can offer that space to someone waiting.

Normality to resume October 16th after a couple of weeks training/rest.

New bank account (Monzo) and we have a card reader (Finally!)- bank transfer and cash still preferred as card reader does take a small % but makes things so much easier!

TMJ Research study is well under way, huge thanks again to all those who shared my posts about this, and special thanks to those candidates who have signed up and made it half way already!

Gas works taking place along North high street and the parking bays are suspended as well as temporary traffic lights etc. there's still free parking along short street and hercus loan, but spaces are likely to be limited. Brunton theatre car park always has spaces and only over the road. Leave a little extra time if driving to your appointment 😉

I will be closed due to building work from Monday 8th to Thursday 18th July Inclusive.
Bookings being taken for Friday 19th July onwards.

I need 20 candidates for a research study! Please share far and wide ☺️
Absolute bargain for anyone suffering with TMJ pain (jaw pain and associated symptoms)
£100 for six , 90 minute treatments, as well as full assessment and guided self treatments and advice AND £25 of that is returned to you (or donated to a charity of your choice) on completion of the study. This would usually be around £500 and all you need to do is a simple and very short questionnaire six weeks before and alongside the treatments.
*The only reason I have to charge is because I will not be able to take many other bookings for the 6 weeks period of the study AND it's a sign of committment*

As things are getting busier and appointments are booking up a bit more in advance I'm working on getting a booking platform to make the process a bit easier for you all 😊
With that being said I have also had an influx of no shows and last minute cancellations, I totally understand life happens and I never want anyone to feel guilty when life gets in the way, but I may need to introduce a cancellation policy or deposit scheme for new bookings... Just for those rarer cases where it isn't that life gets in the way, it's more my time isn't being respected. 😔

CHANGE TO MY WORKING HOURS
From February 2024 I will be reducing my working days for 7 days a week to 5 days, taking Tuesdays and Wednesdays off in order to focus on my BTEC6 work and upcoming research study and dissertation with . I'll still be working Thursday -Monday 08:00-20:00.
Thank you to everyone who has trusted me, to treat them, recommended me to others and given me wonderful reviews. I really am passionate about manual therapies and I LOVE what I do.

I'm away for a few days for the next hands on section of the BTEC6 in advanced clinical and sports massage therapy with Jing Institute of Massage & Complementary Medicine . I'm back on Friday 26th January and even have a couple of spaces on the Friday and Saturday ☺️
Jing always feel like home to me and I am so excited to recharge my soul and brain with such amazing teachers and colleagues!

This year has been transformative. I've enjoyed travelling the world, meeting and making friends, learning and constantly being challenged and growing.
My only regret is I didn't stretch enough! 😅☺️
Seriously though, we wake every day with exactly the same amount of potential as any other day. There is no pressure about any particular day being more significant or important than any other, each day is only what we make it.
But yeah... Stretch. You will ever regret a good stretch. ❤️
