It’s amazing how your energy changes throughout the weeks. When your energy is high go with how your body is feeling and do something amazing that you would never do. Put your extra energy to good use, this could be something mundane such as cleaning that spare room out or climbing that hill or mountain. The rewards after will be immense!

I have put my extra energy that came out of no where to my business by creating goals and intentions for the future! It’s feels so good!

It’s International Stress Awareness Week. What are your common stresses? What can you do to overcome them? What tools can you use to help you?

It’s about recognising the patterns and figuring out how to deal with certain situations. We can only overcome this when we take time out to think about us as an individual. Take the time out this week to go for that mindful walk, have that delicious coffee in a coffee shop, read that book you’ve been wanting to read for a long time and spend quality times with your loved one. Your mind, body and soul will thank you for it 🙏
