Ingredients:

1 30 ml Blowing Stone gin
1 30 ml sweet vermouth
1 30 ml Campari
Orange peel
Instructions:

1 tbsp Elderflower Cordial
Fresh elderflowers or fresh mint
2 cucumber slices
Soda water
Ice

1️⃣ Fill a tall glass with ice.
2️⃣ Pour in 30ml Blowing Stone gin.
3️⃣Add the elderflower cordial, flowers or mint and 2 cucumber slices.
4️⃣Top with soda and stir.

Ingredients:

2 oz Blowing Stone gin
1 oz elderflower liqueur
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
Soda water
Ice cubes
Lemon twist for garnish

Instructions:
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
Add the gin, elderflower liqueur, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup to the shaker.
Shake well until the mixture is chilled.
Strain the cocktail into a chilled glass filled with ice cubes.
Top with soda water to your liking, and gently stir to combine.
Garnish with a lemon twist or edible flower.
