We are looking for our newest member of our ever growing, expanding operation, based in Blyth.

We are looking to seek experienced staff to work in our office as a fleet dispatcher/telephonist.

You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of our fleet, ensuring prompt, efficient pickups for our customers and handling enquiries from our customers & drivers.

The ideal candidate will have:

✔ Proven experience within the taxi operation.
✔ The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
✔ Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with staff and drivers.
✔Problem-solving abilities.
✔Flexibility with shifts as we operate 24/7
✔Experience using the iCabbi platform

Please note the role will involve working evenings and weekends, so flexibility is absolutely essential as these are our busiest times to cover.
