We realise it's probably to early to get hopeful that the weather's going to sort itself out in time for the summer holidays!! 🙄😒

However.....*whispers* it does look like the sun is going to be shining over the weekend (don't say it out loud it may disappear again!!)🫣

So here's a quick reminder about travelling your cake, ESPECIALLY in hot weather!! Melted cakes generally aren't as well received as a non-melted one!!👀😅

TRAVELLING YOUR CAKE: 🎂🚘

Always place the cake on a flat surface eg footwell or boot. DO NOT travel the cake on someone’s lap or on a car seat.

Keep it as cool as possible (air con on) and out of direct sunlight.
In the summer we recommend buttercream cakes are kept in the fridge until needed.

Avoid sharp breaking / bumps / potholes ( we realise avoiding potholes is a tricky task in itself!!😅)

We had the pleasure of making some first anniversary cuppies based on the same flavours we did the original wedding cake!!💍🫶🏻🧁
