Our mini and junior section is still growing! We’ll be 50 players strong across 3 sides by the end of this season…. we’re just getting started!

Team Visits are back 🏉

I am finally back with evening team visits, I had the opportunity to attend a number of clubs training sessions last year to work on tackle technique, defence work, Ruck area and a variety of other areas.

I am excited to announce that I am now taking bookings for team visits, if you would like me to attend one of your training sessions to work on certain areas then please get in touch! 📞

SPOOKY SKILLS CAMP 🎃🏉

After a few months away from coaching we are finally back with a half term Rugby skills camp.

The camp will take place on Tuesday 31st October at Caerleon rugby club 9am-12.30pm for ages 10-15 years old.

A fun filled morning of rugby skills, drills and matches for all abilities. All new and current clients are welcome to book in.

A huge thank you to Angus O’Brien for coming down to do a kicking and skills session! You made a lot of huge dragons fans day today, learning from one of their favourite players!

This half term, we will be welcoming Dragons Fly half/Full back Angus O’Brien to run a skills and kicking session!
