4 layers of deliciously fresh lemon sponge filled with lemon buttercream and homemade lemon curd.

We continued the dinosaur theme with some dinosaur brownies on a wee birthday day out

It seems like yesterday I was making Cían's Christening cake and now here we are with his 1st birthday cake!
Cían's mummy wanted to go all out and make his 1st birthday cake special so I decorated this tall raspberry and white chocolate cake with as many balloons as I could fit on to it and finished it off with a large double layer topper.

I've been reliving my childhood with this cute Little Mermaid cake. My sister was, and still is obsessed with The Little Mermaid 😄

Little Emily is also a mermaid fan and celebrated her 1st birthday with this beautiful chocolate cake.

The best thing about a bespoke cake is that it is made to suit you and your celebration - decoration, colours, finish, size and flavour all chosen by you.

This design was originally done in blue for a boy but it is super cute in pink for little Saoirse Mae on her Christening day.

I had the pleasure of creating this stunning cake for Gary and his beautiful new wife Caitrin who celebrated their wedding day in glorious sunshine over the weekend.

Their outdoor garden ceremony had a laid back whimsical feel and this carried through to their reception in the fabulous Millbrook Lodge.

Double celebrations for Brooke who turned 8 and her little sister Eden who celebrated her 1st birthday

One cake is classic vanilla, the other is cookies and cream, decorated with mini meringues, macarons, rainbow sprinkles and edible gold leaf. And if that wasn't enough, both cakes were finished with a handmade rainbow topper and personalised acrylic name charms
