We knew this video was going to be different to what koala normally do, high production, very commercial but quirky in its own way.

Last year, i had the pleasure of filming with Devon air ambulance to film a sequence of videos and content.

This year we plan to film more content, including short form content to bring more awareness to the elite service that roam the skies at a moments notice to save lives all over the south west of England.

A buddy said to me the other day that video production is very personal.

which is totally correct. It makes it difficult to bare the expectations vs reality of what you are trying to achieve.

The pressure will either put you down hard, or push you.. it’s all about just sending it.

No risk, no reward.

No deafest, no surrender.

I can sense when I’m going to crash and so I plan for small gaps.. force myself to unwind creatively, reorganise and reorientate.

There is certainly a process you have to respect when being a creative and you have to respect yourself first - as to not overwork.. we all know that trap.
