Chocolatier is ahead of the calorie game. The Nutrient Gap's Georgina Stewart has had the pleasure of working with chocolatier and founder, Leeann, from Printed Chocolates. As Printed Chocolates supplies lots of larger hotels and restaurants, even though printed chocolates is out of legal scope of needing to display calorie information, the companies she provides for are in scope, so they needed her to provide calorie information with their orders in order for them to be legally compliant.
