Started the year working on a large project in Northamptonshire. We’re nearly complete on this one, here’s a few pictures from what’s complete so far with more stages finishing up soon ✅

Another full bathroom renovation with S&FTrades! This one for a landlord of a rental property keeping the budget as tight as possible but a real difference! Installed a new bathroom suite, moved the light to centre and a switch rather than pull cord, installed extractor fan, new flooring and fully tiled!

Second project involved complete rip out back to original walls and complete fresh boarding and also cement boards installed to sure up the floor prior to tiling. Also involved a lot of new pipework to cater for the removal of the bath and install of the new shower area.

Tiles really set this one off and completely modernised the bathroom!

Two more full bathroom renovation projects completed this week!

This first one involved ripping out a dated basin unit and airing cupboard across the back wall creating much more space within the bathroom where we incorporated a roll top bath and separate shower area for the customer. We bricked in a window which then was used to create the double niche within the shower area.

A few different styles of tiling on this one with the herringbone feature areas within the shower enclosure and niches!

Last weeks varied job. Kitchen/hallway floor (slate effect porcelain tiles), kitchen splashback (stone link tiles) and loft conversion bathroom (600x300 porcelain grey tiles)

Shower cubicle tiled with lovely fired earth stud mosaics.. A great finish with the gold shower fixings, in keeping with the current style of the customers house!

Complete! 100m2 swimming pool in glass mosaics finished with a dark grey grout ✅

Exterior of pool completed for panache pools on the show site in burton Latimer. 1200x300 wood effect tiles with a grey grout finish 👌

Bathroom complete, fully tiled! Mural in the shower with mosaic touch inside and around the archways. walls tiled in flat metro tiles throughout with patterned floor tiles too. Great finish to this bathroom with a lovely copper bath and antique white grout 👌Great to work alongside S&FTrades on this project!

Fully tiled basement floor in this lovely Victorian terrace completed today. 1200x1200 concrete effect rectified porcelain tiles finished with Jasmine coloured grout. Great finish to this job for the customers newly designed kitchen ready to go in soon!

Large patterned limestone mix and match coloured floor completed. A solid weeks work!

A bold patterned splash back in a kitchen from earlier today

First job back from the new year was this house with 4 bathrooms in different styles! Customers loved the result! Marble effect 1200x600 tiles in one plus the popular metro look in two other en-suites, one normal style and the white inverted metro for another. Then the 900x300 stone effect tiles to finish!

2023 is in full flow!

Completed this customers house over the last few weeks in stages. Bathroom, wc and en suite

White metro tiles in this bathroom, with 450x450 star effect floor tiles plus a pantry floor all finished with charcoal grout. A before and after of the buffing stage with the charcoal grout on the metro tiles, messy business but a great finish!

Mist chalk concrete effect tiles 600x600 finished with limestone grout, tricky cuts around original Victorian skirtings and architraves but a great finish.

This weeks installation, fired earth button mosaics in bath surround and bath panel. Finished with a white grout. The style in keeping with the seventies theme throughout the customers house.
