We have received a number of phone calls today regarding the event so here are the answers to the frequently asked questions:

✨ Do we need a ticket? No, the event is free. We are asking for charity donations on the night and ask that spectators support the vendors, Community Centre Bar and coffee shop.

✨ Where can I park? We have arranged FREE parking at Caroline Chisholm School and there will of course be street parking too. Please be mindful of residents when parking. We have limited disabled parking available at the Community Centre.

✨ What time is the Firework Display? The Firework display is at 7pm, however we have plenty to keep you entertained from 4pm.
There will be Fairground rides, music, food stalls, our Community Centre Bars and Number 50 Coffee Lounge.

✨ Please note there will be two road closures in place from 3pm - Curtlee Hill from Wootton Hope Drive to the Community centre entrance and Farmclose Road.

Make sure you share your pictures of the event with us and we hope you have a great time 🎉

We are delighted to announce that we have secured the use of the Car Park at Caroline Chisholm School for spectator parking on Sunday 7th November.
The carpark will be accessible from 3.45pm to 9pm.
Marshals will be on the gate to assist you with parking and directions to the event.

🔸️Number 50 Coffee Lounge will be open from 3pm serving Hot Drinks, Burgers and Hot Dogs 🌭
🔸️Community Centre Bars will be serving a great range of draught products, spirits, wine & soft drinks as well as some warm alcoholic drinks 🍻

NO GLASS BOTTLES ARE PERMITTED AT THE EVENT AND ANY GLASS FOUND WILL BE CONFISCATED.
In order to offer free events we rely on you supporting our on site vendors.

Our two community centre bars will be open on the night selling a fantastic range of beverages plus delicious mulled wine to keep you warm.
We accept card and cash payments.

Make sure you put on your dancing shoes (or wellies) because we have an amazing line-up for the evening:
🎶 Our good friend & superstar DJ Djlynton will be kicking off the party @ 4pm.
🥰 Wootton Primary School will be warming our hearts with some beautiful singing & dancing.
🎤 and then... the AMAZING Pure Genius will be taking to the stage @ 5pm, keeping you dancing until the 🎇 Firework display @ 7pm.
Don't worry, the party isn't over yet! DJ Lynton will be keeping the party anthems playing until 9pm 💃

We are delighted to announce the scouts will be collecting donations on the night. All donations will be equally split between Cynthia Spencer Charity and Wootton Scouts. As the event is free, all donations are greatly appreciated 😊
