Another batch of uniform picked up today. ✅
Our teams are on the road through all 4 seasons. It’s absolutely critical that our uniforms perform well, comfortable yet durable and long lasting. Buccaneer Group provides us with the highest quality field uniforms and meeting attire, embroidered and printed to high standards.
We love using moss instead of hessian in our hanging baskets. 🌱
Why do we recommend it?
• great ability to retain moisture
• insulate plant roots better than hessian
• extremely long lasting
• more natural and premium look
• 100% natural
New division is coming soon 💫🌸
We have been heavily investing into new machinery recently to kit our new team.
A new addition to our Hayter Harrier 48 Pro mower fleet just landed today. This particular model has been the heart of our mower fleet since the start and we wouldn’t use anything else.
New week, fresh start and big transformations. 💫
Share your vision with us and we make it happen. 🌱
The potential of your garden is really endless and we can’t wait to do more transformations. 💪🏼
Lavandula angustifolia “Hidcote” is a really popular choice when it comes to planting next to driveways or paths. They are not only gorgeous looking species but also very fragrant, providing relief from stress and anxiety.
It is not only great at repelling nuisance bugs, but lavender also attracts beneficial pollinators to its fragrant blooms. Adding lavender to your garden will attract butterflies, bees, and other helpful insects.
Our garden designs are all about you.
Our designs are always created for you by mixing our horticultural knowledge and infusing it with your ideas to create something special.
From concept to completion, if it’s your preferred colour scheme, maintenance level, wildlife focused or just for aesthetics, it’s always going to be unique to you.
Each design is meticulously thought through with the idea in mind of plant location, soil condition, colour, maintenance, garden size and taste.
We ensure every detail agreed is consistent with your vision and amended accordingly to ensure your garden is an extension of you. 🌱 🌸

Sleeper bed construction 🥕 🥒 🥬 🍅
Earlier this year, we had the pleasure building sleeper beds for our amazing clients who really wanted to grow their own vegetables.
Why become self sufficient?
🌱 you can enjoy fresh and wholesome food daily, which is higher in nutrients and more flavourful
🌱 reduced food waste and grocery bills
🌱 pesticides free vegetables
🌱 gardening is a great way to combat stress and anxiety, increased wellbeing
The first season has gone fantastic for Mr and Mrs Peal who were able to enjoy fresh vegetables such as green beans, courgettes, onions and much more on a daily basis.
“It is nice to know where your food
has come from and it certainly
tastes much better than
supermarket food! My wife loves
having freshly cut flowers in the
house and I’ve really enjoyed
being able to give away lots of
veggies to family and
neighbours. It’s also really nice
and relaxing to pop outside and
either harvest or do some work
on the beds.”

Visit our website, send us a message and we can not only build a custom build quote and construct your sleeper beds, but we can also support you with a plan on what to grow and when to plant for best result.

We really enjoyed creating this raised sleeper bed design for one of our clients earlier this year, whilst keeping the honey bees in mind 🐝 🌸
We added a few structural topiary pieces, along with some stunning climbers - Clematis & Trachelospermum jasminoides to screen off the wall.
We injected a mass of high pollinating florals into the border such as Scabiosa, Dwarf Buddliea, Geranium rozanne, Verbenas, Lupins, Salvias, Lavandula stoechas and many more 🌸 🐝
We’ve also installed a large wildflower meadow and a stunning Lavandula angustifolia ‘Hidcote’ hedgerow to really create a haven for the bees to enjoy (coming soon).
It’s safe to say they’ve had a huge yield of honey this year from 😎🐝🌸🌱
We have received a lot of messages and requests through our social media accounts regarding this recent post, so we thought we would hopefully answer some questions and share with you some tips and tricks on how we managed to restore this magnificent garden back to it’s former glory.
You can see from the photos it was a far cry from this last year but with a little knowledge and care this beautiful garden is once again thriving 😊🌱
If you are unfortunate enough to come across box blight in your garden, follow these steps at the earliest possible stages to restore health and vigour back to your Buxus:
Tip number 1: Soil.
Thoroughly clear any old clippings from the soil/bed of the box hedging.
PRO TIP: Box blight can actively live on the leaves within the soil after pruning for up to 6 years! 🤯
Remove the top layer of the existing soil bed about 3 inches deep and reinstate with a quality and mox through a generous handful of bonemeal into the base of each unit.
We like to mix in a slow release granular fertiliser during the spring months to stimulate healthy new growth.
We put so much into feeding our perennials, vegetables and lawns but we tend to forget to feed our evergreens and hedges 😊🌱
Tip number 2: Pruning.
Avoid pruning box in damp, humid conditions.
Box thrives in wet conditions and like a wet wound it takes longer to heal, allowing box blight more time to enter the leaves and begin to spread, so always prune in hot summer months ideally end of July/August is optimal. This has allowed all the new growth to strengthen and establish making it a great time to prune without causing damage to new growth.
PRO TIP: As aesthetically appealing tightly pruned Buxus looks, pruning Buxus less frequently allows sufficient airflow throughout the foliage and has massive health benefits to the plant.
3: Sanitise and Sharpen.

Plant a tree for the Queens Platinum Jubilee 2022:
So recently we donated and installed a tree for in commemoration of the Queens Platinum Jubilee after a tree planted by Moulton Parish Council and the local community was vandalised.
Having seen this, we decided to step in and get together and donate and install a tree in replacement for the community.
We chose a Prunus ‘Royal burgundy’ fit for a queen! 👸
