Master bathroom

After completing the en-suite I was then tasked with the modernisation of the Master Bathroom.

Out came the old built in units and bathroom and in went a new shower cubicle and free standing units.

It’s not only created more space in the bathroom but also with the brushed brass fixtures it really is a statement bathroom.

EN-Suite

This customer had an existing airing cupboard and storage cupboard on a bedroom that was just screaming out to be made into an en-suite.

So the task started with ripping out the existing g cupboards and creating a new room.

I think we can all agree it’s a great little addition to this property.

BATHROOM

Well this bathroom is the first bathroom refurb I’ve done where I have ripped a room out I have already done before.

The customer wanted a refresh and also to add some much needed storage. To achieve this the shower area was made slightly smaller and more enclosed. A feature of this was made with a slate grey tray and slate grey tiles. The lighter tiles and light wood units then brighten up the room with something a little different on the boxing in.

All in all I think we achieved what was needed and the customer has that nice new bathroom feeling once again.

I’d just like to say a massive thank you again to all my customers old and new. I’ve loved creating your dream bathrooms and keeping you warm when your boilers have broken.

MASTER EN-SUITE

This job was a long time in the planning to get it just how the customer wanted it.

The old shower had been leaking that badly the floor had gone rotten and was ruining the ceiling below.

So we completely stripped the room out and started again.

I think you’ll all agree it now is a stunning bathroom that they can enjoy for years to come.

Downstairs cloakroom

This job has been completed in weaverham. The customer wanted to hide the cistern and mains stop tap so the area was boxed out and an access panel put in. A sink has also been added.

Suite and tiles were supplied but the customer.

FAMILY BATHROOM

my latest bathroom has taken me to Crewe. This family has waited a little while for me to create this stunning bathroom for them. With no longer needing a bath they wanted a big walk in shower whilst also adding some much needed storage via a vanity unit.

The suite was once again supplied by Signature Bathrooms

The tiles were supplied by JP Ceramics

I think we can all agree its worked out lovely.

MAIN BATHROOM

This bathroom has been completed in Sandiway. The customer wanted to update their dated bathroom. A new modern suite was used and a vanity unit was added to create some much needed storage space.

The tiles were supplied by Topps tiles and the suite from Wolseley.

NEW BATHROOM.

This latest project has been completed in Stockton Heath.

This customer has never been happy with the bathroom since they bought the property. They couldn’t wait to get it ripped out. They have created a traditional look with their suite and the stunning bath and freestanding taps. This matched with traditional tiles really does give it that special look.

Hopefully they can now be proud of their bathroom.

BATHROOM

This latest bathroom has been completed in Northwich.
The customer wanted to remove the bath and have a nice big shower installed. They then wanted some storage while also hiding any Pipework. They also wanted a shower with more power so we took it off the combi boiler rather than an electric shower.

This bathroom has been completed in winsford.

The customer wanted to create some more space with a straight bath and smaller sink unit.

As you can see from the photos we also managed to make the room bigger by finding tiles on plasterboard screwed to tiles which were stuck on plasterboard that was then stuck on another sheet of plasterboard that had been plastered.

The tiles and suite were supplied by the customer.

Even when on holiday the site manager is cracking the whip!

NEW POST ALERT!

My latest project has taken me to leftwich. This has been months in the planning and after a last minute change in tiles I think you can all agree it looks stunning!

After having a bathroom that had leaked for years and the straw, yes you read that right straw wall had soaked all the water up we had to do something.

So the old wall came down and a new stud wall erected. We then created shelving with the shower area and used a feature tile to really make it stand out. Then a new wall hung sink and more compact w/c has really helped create a spacious bathroom.

The suite and white wall tiles were supplied by the customer and the feature wall and floor tiles were supplied by JP Ceramics.

Shower room.

This customer has a separate bathroom and w/c. I forgot to do the before pictures.

They wanted to remove the old bath and put a nice large shower in with new sink unit and towel rail.

The suite was supplied by Signature Bathrooms and the tiles by JP Ceramics

STUNNING EN-SUITE

The latest project took me to anderton and a old barn conversion. The customer had designed the old bathroom nearly 20 years ago and decided they wanted to bring it more up-to date.

To do this we installed a bigger low level shower tray so there is no big step into the shower. Removing the old vanity unit/shelving area has made the room look bigger yet with new wall hung units there is more storage space. One large mirror helps make the room feel bigger as well.

The wood effect tiled floor really sets the room off.

The suite was supplied by Signature Bathrooms and the tiles were from Topps tiles in Northwich.

BATHROOM

This latest bathroom has been completed in middlewich. This customer has got an elderly relative coming all the way from Australia so wanted to make their bathroom more user friendly.

We achieved this by removing the bath and installing a low level shower tray in its place.

When ripping the bathroom out we actually found part of the wet room that was installed before that needed removing and subsequently the floor re levelling to take out the fall from the wet room.

Even though it’s only a small room with the help of units we have maximised the space. The herringbone floor really sets the room off.

En-Suite!

Once I had completed the bathroom in helsby I moved onto a en-suite.

Let’s just say it’s compact.

We put a quadrant tray on to create a larger feel to the room. The relocation of the towel rail made space to put a small corner wash hand basin in.

The suite and tiles were supplied by the customer.

MAIN BATHROOM

My latest bathroom has taken me to Helsby. This customer wanted to create a more modern and bright bathroom.

They chose large 1200x600 gloss tiles,which I think look stunning. A new P shape bath with shower about and a wall hung unit for the sink to create some storage. A chrome towel
Rail was also added.

The suite and tiles were supplied by the customer.

New Bathroom.

Here’s the first bathroom of the new year. There are no before photos as it used to be a bedroom.

The original bathroom was huge and was better suited as a bedroom. So the customer decided to swap them round.

So in the new bathroom they wanted to add some much needed storage as well as the suite. A false wall was built to accommodate the shower valve and some shelves.

Hiding all pipe work was tough as it’s concrete floors and ceilings. But after some chasing and re plastering (luckily the customer is a plasterer).

Downstairs W/C in Hartford.

This job was completed for a long-standing customer. They wanted to modernise their w/c to complement the work they’ve done on the rest of the house.

We managed to hide all pipework and remove all boxings to create a bigger space.

BATHROOM ALERT!

This latest project has been completed in weaverham. This customer only had a shower and wanted to turn it back into a family friendly bathroom.

With a L shape bath and shower above has helped create this. A wall was built to hide the slope of the stairs which also meant they could have some storage shelves.

I only have one before photo as the customer had family help rip out the bathroom and have it re boarded ready for my arrival.

Tiles were supplied but Topps tiles and the suite was supplied by the customer.

This latest bathroom has been completed in Knutsford.

The customer wanted to try and create a more open feel to the bathroom. A wall hung sink unit with under lighting has helped achieve this with matching unit for the w/c.

A new shower valve run from the combi was installed to replace the existing electric shower. And a new P shape shower bath to give more space while using the shower.

BATHROOM ALERT!

This customer hasn’t liked their bathroom for many years even after they had a refurbishment.

Firstly I had to relocate the boiler to free up space in the bathroom and remove the cupboard to make the room look bigger!

Then the project really started. Once we started the rip out it became apparent that this was going to be a big job. Eventually we had to remove the plaster from the walls, taken up
The rotten flooring and even taken down the existing ceiling (guess which pic that is 😂😂😂)

The rebuild then began nice we had the electrics first fixed and the walls re boarded and ceiling plastered I could get all the pipe work hidden with wastes now running the right way.

The customer chose to have a large walk in shower area with a black slate tray to make a statement feature. They included a digital shower valve with ceiling fed rain head. A wall hung unit and sink with lights really stands out and a new sleak w/c. A free standing bath with freestanding bath was a must for this bathroom. A black radiator really stands out and the mirror with light, heat pad and even a Bluetooth speaker in really shows the room off. (Video of speaker to follow)

En-suite.

This latest En-suite has been completed in Moulton.

The customer hasn’t been able to use the room for a while now due to a faulty shower and a cracked tray.

They wanted to keep the sink,worktop and tap. Along with the wall hung w/c.

After a challenging start of all the board coming of the walls with the tiles and the floor being rotten due to the tray leaking. We finally got the room back ready to be tiled.

The customer then chose to have a new digital shower with external on/off switch.

The illuminated mirror really stands out. It can change from cool to warm white and has a de misting pad.

The shower tray, screen, mirror and towel rail were supplied by Signature Bathrooms and the tiles supplied by JP Ceramics.

Returning customer.

This customer asked me to come back and do the bathroom after completing the en-suite.

It was a strange one as the customer chose the layout and tiles and then left the picking of the suite to me while they went away on holiday.

So we switched the bath round and made it longer, we built a stud wall to accommodate the new shower valve and also some much needed shelves. We went with black brassware which I feel goes really well with the white suite and colour of the tiles. Also the black trim really stands out. The ceiling was re skimmed and new spotlights installed.
