Confluence of SUPPORT!
On the 4H charts AUDCAD, we see a trend support line and then a larger daily support line crossing over. This would indicate a strong support line amd would qualify as a nice short term buy when analysing this chart.

Currently on our free telegram, you wouldnt see these signals.

Markets close at 10pm GMT Friday and reopen at 10pm GMT Sunday.

Here's what you need to do;

Have a cursory look at each pair you are trading. Look at your chosen time frame and place in your trend lines, support and resistance lines also. Then zoom out.

Look at all of the charting on the daily charts. Look to see if these are moves in small timeframes or if the larger picture shows the same or i it contradicts your ideas.

Make sure your trade set ups are the same each time. We want to see that you have a consistant pattern in trading. If you change your entry parameters each time, you cant possibly hope to succeed.

Stick to the plan, stick to the strategy. You will not always win. You will have runs of losses. Its how you keep applying the strategy to show you are up overall, over the month/year.

This is about small, consistant profits. Not a get rich quick scheme...!!!

Let it calm down. You want to trade with absolutely 0 emotions. This is a normal thing and shouldn't be reacted to, even if youre negative as a result.

Relax, follow the strategy.
