I love to start your pregnancy massage with a few deep breaths and some lovely stretches to create space and start the relaxation. I may also ask you to picture your baby as you close your eyes, cocooned safe and warm inside at the moment, but soon to be held in your arms.... can you feel the oxytocin starting to flow?

These stretches can feel AMAZING in the third trimester, when space is diminishing by the day. If you enjoy them, ask me to leave some tips for your partner to recreate these stretches and help you to feel more comfortable in the latter stages of pregnancy
