***ANNOUNCEMENT***

It is with sadness that we have to announce that years event won’t be going ahead.

The reasons behind this decison are as follows;

We have been presented with an opportunity a while ago that we are still in discussions over trying to get over the line. Whilst we envisaged we would have been able to given the timescales unfortunately this hasn’t been the case.

This is far too big an opportunity - not only for ourselves but for Norwich itself. We are a local company and always will put the best interests of our city at heart.

We can only sincerely apologise that we haven’t been able to publish updates as we have gone along. This hasn’t been somethiqe have been able to do due to current agreements in place.

With regards to the line up from our end we had everything ready to go and would have been able to announce the line up at this point with the event happening as close as it is - it’s that big an opportunity.

The costs of this have again been massive to ourselves as a company and a tough decision to take - we could have ran this years event with the line up we had already in place - but with events struggling as much as they have been we have made the decision to hold back until we can get over the line what we are trying to achieve and start again then with a new date and everything confirmed. We can assure you that if we can finalise what we are tying to at the moment this will be a far far bigger event for Norwich. We under -estimated the complexity of what we are tying to achieve and think it’s best to hold back until we get it over the line.

What we have also decided to do as a company and especially with times being as they are is to not hold on to current ticket holders money any longer as at this point we are unsure or when the agreement will be finalised or the new date, is refund all the ticket holders that have purchased tickets for the event.

We are going to be getting hold of the ticket providers in the next 24 hours and get them to start issuing the refunds. Please allow 30 days for this to be completed. If you haven’t received your money back within the 30 days please get in touch with us and we will follow that up as a matter of urgency.

On a personal note we can only apologise that there hasn’t been more communication from ourselves recently. It’s not through lack of wanting to just the complexity of the situation we are in currently. We are in non disclosure agreements etc so cannot discuss anything legally at this point. All we can say is watch this space and sorry that it’s come to this.
