What a difference a year makes!, This time last year I was in Leicester doing my NLP Practitioner Course with Mark Perkins from Premium Impact and Helen Eviers. A year on I have my own Holistic Life Coach business, I also sell wellbeing and motivational products and handmade crafts and I am a published author. Dropped 4 dress sizes and fitter than I have been in years.

Imagine what you could achieve a year from now !!!!!

The power of the mind is awesome for years I would never dare enter the reptiles house at Skegness Seal Sanctuary. A fear of spiders, snakes, crocodiles and anything insect like would send me spiralling with anxiety. But now look at me!!!!! After tackling my main fears on my NLP course last year I was able to go in take pictures and read up about these creatures
