Great week this week. Steels are in ready to start the roof next week! The whole roof as got to be hand cut due to the size of the plot and not being able to have pre made trusses.

Need a labourer to start straight away. Over 20 years of age please as I’ve had 3 young lads in the past year and they can’t get out of bed!!
Site experience a bonus and driving license a bonus but not essential.

These 2 plots well on the way now and managed to get a couple more lads on the team so we will have them both up in next few months😁
To give people an idea on size you can fit 4 average size new builds like whats been built on Rolls Royce site in just 1 of these plots!!
Looking forward to seeing these done and had First Class Scaffolding up to day. Great job 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

New Loft conversion completed today at Codnor.
We dealt with everything from Building Control to the build itself and now it’s all passed off and what a fantastic space it’s created not to mention the extra value to the property.
