This evening I joined others on an online chocolate tasting session by the wonderful Luisa’s Vegan Chocolates. Luisa creates the most amazing bean to bar chocolates.

We heard how Luisa deals directly with the farmers and pays more than fair trade prices for their premium cacao.

Then into the tasting!...From Cacao nibs, we worked our way through 4 different chocolate bars including Hazolate and White Chocolate Tumeric Matcha Tea.

Such a great evening. The hard part now is not to finish off all the bars this evening!

I’m such a big fan of Danielle Collins’ Face Yoga. ❤️

I bought her DVD a few years ago (highly recommend!) but to be honest, I haven’t been devoting much time in recent months.

So, I jumped at the chance to join Danielle on one of her online workshops last weekend. Two hours of ‘me’ time for facial massage, exercises, acupressure and meditation. It’s amazing how much tension is held in the face (in my case, my jaw!) and although some of the exercises are challenging to begin with, I was SO relaxed by the end of the session. 🙏

This is something I’ll definitely continue; both the face yoga and creating some time to just chill! Perfect 👌

🌸 This is my pre-run prep.

It’s important to have some protection on the face when running, as the face is so exposed to the elements.

A quick cleanse (in my case Wild Rose Beauty Balm) and then I apply my SPF. In the dark winter mornings or evenings, you can apply a facial oil to protect your skin. I’ll then do my usual skincare routine when I’m back.

Quick and easy and now ready for my run 🏃‍♀️
