Learning grammar is actually helpful for Chinese listening skills, because there are lots of factors contributing to our listening comprehensive skills. For example, accents, knowledge of the topics, vocabulary and grammar ranges etc. One thing I’ve noticed from my students is that it’s easy to forget that familiarizing with grammar also helping listening skills. Grammar helps us link the vocabulary we’ve already known (make us sounds more fluent😉) and also help us identify the context when we know limited words in a conversation.
But I find grammar lessons usually sounds boring and when students learn it, they can understand but don’t know how to use it properly when it needed to be used. So made this video haha! Hope you find today’s Video useful.🫶
