World Mental Health Day is celebrated every year on 10 October. This year’s theme set by the World Federation of Mental Health is workplace mental health. The theme highlights the importance of addressing mental health and wellbeing in the workplace, for the benefit of people, organisations, and communities.

Research shows that talking is good for your mental health, and that’s what Tea & Talk is all about! Tea & Talk is a great way to come together with friends, family or colleagues to raise money and awareness for the Mental Health Foundation.

I am SO excited to announce that this year for the British Dyslexia Association Dyslexia Awareness week, 7th -13th October I will be offering 10 Dyslexia Awareness sessions to Workplaces for FREE.

The Theme this year is ‘What’s Your Story?’ And I hope by sharing mine story and knowledge of dyslexia I will be able to change other people’s stories by raising awareness and understanding in workplaces. These will be delivered remotely online.
