Have you got any kids or grandkids that love chocolate or even are keen on it yourself. Why not try this simple brownie recipe . Trust its worth it if you love chocolate
Chocolate brownie
12 eggs
300g sugar
200g Dark chocolate
50g milk & white chocolate
150g plain flour
50g cocoa powder
Method
Whisk the egg and sugar until light and fluffy
Melt butter & chocolate
Fold the chocolate into the egg mix
Add the flour and cocoa powder until well combined
Pour into pre lined baking tray
Bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy on the outside and soft in middle
Cut into squares
Had a long day at work .. why not try this simple and flavoursome pork dish
CREAMY MUSTARD PORK & RICE
8X PORK STEAKS CUT INTO SLICES
1 WHITE ONION DICED
1 GARLIC CLOVE DICED
1TSP DRIED ROSEMARY AND THYME
375ML CREAM
2TSP DIJON MUSTARD
2TSP ENGLISH MUSTARD
2TSP WHOLEGRAIN MUSTARD
2TBSP WHITE WINE VINEGAR
400G LONG GRAIN RICE
METHOD
Fry onion and garlic until soft
Add rosemary and thyme and mix well
Add the pork and cook for 5-7 minutes
Cook the rice for 10-13 minutes
While the rice is cooking at the mustard to the pork and mix well
Add the cream and white wine vinegar and cook for 5 minutes
Strain the rice and season with cracked black pepper
Some tasty food to get that mouthwatering on a Monday morning :D

Picture 2: smoked salmon , compressed cucumber, caper and dill vinegarette
Picture 3: Poached chicken, chicken lollipop, Potato terrine, charred leek, Chicken & black pudding bon bon and split wild garlic sauce

Picture two- pickled beetroot, beetroot ketchup, whipped blue cheese, beetroot powder, apple chutney on garlic ciabiatta
Picture three- Prawn and salmon roulade, compressed cucumber, Marie Rose sauce, guacamole bomb, roasted cherry tomato and tomato pearls
