I am a volunteer for Dementia NI.
It was special to be able to bring the Rise fun to this great group🏆🎾😃
Today, Omagh members and Empowerment Facilitators Patricia and Rachel enjoyed meeting up at the Silverbirch hotel.
After discussing the Paris Olympics, we were joined by Kara Sloane from Omagh, Enniskillen & Newry.
Lots of fun games were played which brought out everyone's inner Olympian and competitive side. The members are looking forward to our Empowerment group recommencing in September. 🥇 🤸 🤼 🏋️ 🚴 😊

The Dromore & Trillick GP Surgery and the Ederney GP Surgery has co-produced an event with South West Age Partnership (SWAP) to encourage those aged 65+ to try something new as part of a group.
🏹 Over 65 activities Olympic style session - Archery, Boccia, Chair Based Exercise and more
