Lovely big garden room finished.
A bit fiddly with the ceiling but the end result looked fantastic.

Separate toilet and shower room converted into one large bathroom.
Great idea from the clients to turn the bath the other way round to form alcoves.

New downstairs toilet created under the stairs.

Main bedroom and small box room ceilings done.

Nice new boarded ceiling and soffit and skimmed. Had to sort the small joists out on the bay too. As you can see they were not spaced or fixed correctly.

New media wall created. From start to finish. A lot of work but well worth it.

Reopening up a blocked up chimney breast to give a nice feature back to the room.

A detailed shelving area done. Very awkward but worth it in the end.

3 rooms into one. Kitchen dining room and large extension. Approximately 29’ wide x 28’ long with a small utility room.

Top half rendered and painted all round.

Porch built and finished with LED lighting.

BBQ area & Pizza oven ready to go.

Fireplace and surround removed. Blocked up and plastered with vent to prevent damp.

Another damaged ceiling and crack in the wall sorted. Customer very pleased with the end result.
