🩰 🩰 🩰 Lovely class with our Pointe and Pre-Pointe ballet girls last night working on strength in their ankles and legs 👏 Megan summed up her ballet class with 'my legs feel like jelly' 😃 exactly the response I wanted after all those echappes and releves- hard work gets results 💪🏻 Looking forward to seeing the girls get their first pair of pointe shoes over the summer 🩰

Fast forward a 30 minute a Beginner Acro class and squeeze it into a 33 second video you can see what we get up to. Learning carthweels and forward rolls, practicing our show routine and having lots of fun with our friends 👏

Here’s a snippet of what we get up to in Acro when we have the air track out we can use it for tumbling, improving our round-offs and also for static skills such as handstand and bridges. These lot work really hard and embrace the harder skills everyone! Great work everybody!! 🤸‍♀️

Love teaching my advanced modern girls on a Wednesday evening. Working on new routines with them really inspires me as they embrace all new choreography and when it's get to show time they always know how to pull out a fabulous performance 👏
