Now able to get LIVE Bluetooth rooms on pressures and temperatures. WHAT A BIT OF KIT. You can see here I’m able to test my working pressure whilst checking my differential water temperate across the plate heat exchanger.

As you can see this one hasn’t been very well looked after. New seal and electrodes fitted, heat exchanger and condensate trap cleaned and combustion adjusted accordingly.

It’s essential you keep you boiler serviced annually to keep in with the warranty of the boiler and to prolong the life of the boiler.

Taking out a vented cylinder in the loft and moving a new and more economical unvented direct cylinder into the utility room.

New pressurised direct hot water cylinder installation

Ideal logic + combi C30 installed. Old boiler failed it’s gas safety certificate and wasn’t worthy of changing parts. More cost effective to replace the boiler. System flush and upgraded controls. Just in time for winter. First time using the finger test ni***es. Big shout out to for pointing them out to me !!

New Vaillant 630 installed with new hive controls. Ripped out 25 year old non efficient glow worm.

Installing a new efficient boiler will keep the rising energy costs down.
