Totally blown away by the thoughtful Birthday messages over the weekend 🙏Thank you, It's very much appreciated ❤️

The celebrations started on Friday night with a cracking meal on a roof top terrace restaurant in Nice 🇫🇷 accompanied by a live DJ and Saxophone 🎷🎶 Simply amazing!👌

Saturday kicked off with a beautiful Riviera cruise 🛳 seeing the likes of Sean Connerys, Elton Johns and the Rolling Stones houses ( apparently they frequently use to smash the place up!🤪 )

Then to top the day off a classical music show 🎺🎻🥁🎵🎶 playing a selection of classic "Film Themes" Just Wow! Highly recommend to detach yourself from the world for a couple of hours 😁

You know you're getting old when you've just ordered an electric Lilo bed inflator 🌊😤🤪

These wooden steps had gone rotten and were let's say " a little wobbly 🫣" when entering the decking area.

Removed and replaced with nice new metal Anti-Slip steps 👍

Makes a BIG difference when your customer contributes with the problem solving 🤔 😁 oh and the photo 📸 taking!😂

The issue 🥹 ☘️

Moss acts like a sponge, absorbing large amounts of moisture and resulting in your roof being constantly wet. If this moisture travels underneath the tiles, it could rot the wooden components of the roof, threatening structural integrity and leading to costly repairs‼️
It also blocks your gutterings and downpipes‼️ 😢

You can see by the first picture
( left side ) just how bad this roof was! 😲

The solution 😁

Full roof scrap and a light jet wash to remove all debris.
Followed by all gutters and downpipes cleaned 😉 ⛏️🧹💦

All gutterings, fascias,windows,doors,decking, rails and steps were treated with a cleaning product before washing off 💧

What a transformation!😲
It almost looks new ✨️👌

Back to its former glory and absolutely cleaming ✨️🧹🧼
