We can all help with the bills doing simple gardening tricks . I bought the parsley as a very small plant from Tesco . It’s now large and we have used quite a bit. Garlic was also a few supermarket ones that I divided and planted . As far as the thyme goes, just cut some sprigs and leave in water until the roots grow .

Oh dear !!! Broke at the beginning of our 2nd job today . 3rd job required the hedge cutter so we had to do a 30mile round trip to get a new one . Oh well it’s been a fab tool and it’s lasted 3 years . Going to have to put our prices up soon to pay for new equipment

Tw before and afters today . Took us an hour each . Bothe customers are delighted and want us to return in two weeks . We are very good value for money . We also even on a first cut don’t leave cut grass spread all over . The process is normally strim, then mow with the grass box off , then again with it on . Both gardens today the grass was over 0.5 m high

We are currently growing in the house, tomatoes, cucumber , peppers , black eyed Susan’s, cosmos, sunflowers . Got last year’s geraniums recovering. Outside we have garlic, giant garlic, thyme , beetroot , rosemary and rhubarb. Another project is Thyme cuttings which are now starting to grow quite well . This is one we did this morning . Second cut and looking good now . Humbugs to the folk that said I cut too early

Small job at a rental property today

Nice grass cut today . Good to be mowing again. It was so warm today I only had T shirt on . Other pictures are before and after on a couple of beds . Loads booked in for next week . Get on the list before I get totally full

All ready for the trailer I’m picking up this week . We can provide the full service now . Looking to charge £60 for a full load to the recycle centre
